On Tuesday, August 14, 2012 we will welcome visitors to Thompson Island as we do every year. Your friends and family are invited and encouraged to visit you then. The price of a Visitors’ Day ticket is $45* and includes ferry transportation to and from the island, dinner (an outdoor barbecue), and a phenomenal concert by our teachers, followed by a session and dancing. Your guests will also have time to tour the island and learn what you do all day while you’re here. The Folk Arts Center music shop will be open and the island will operate a cash bar.
