Application Form – If you prefer, you may submit a paper application form.  To do so, please print the 2017 Application Form, complete it and send it to the Folk Arts Center office, 10 Franklin St., Stoneham, MA 02180, by mail or email.  Our email address is fac@facone.org.

Youth Forms are required for campers under 18. (See Younger Campers below for details.) They are due to the Folk Arts Center office by mail or email by July 1, 2017. The forms are here: 2017 Youth Forms

2017 Fees

Standard fees include lodging in double rooms, all meals, and tuition. A $25 discount per person is given for multiple occupancy (rooms with three to six people), subject to availability. A limited number of single rooms are available for a $150 surcharge. If you would like multiple occupancy or a single room, please make sure to choose these options on your application. Availability is limited and we cannot guarantee multiple occupancy or single rooms.

Folk Arts Center members receive a $25 discount off their camp fees.

Adult (age 25 and up) $900
Teen/Young Adult (age 13-24) $700
Child (age 5-12) $600
Companion (adult non-student) $650

Dorm rooms and class space are limited and camp fills quickly. Please plan accordingly. No part-time campers, please.  Companions may audit but not play in classes.

Deposit, Cancellation and Refund Policy

A deposit of $300 per person is payable with the application. If cancellation is necessary, $200 of the deposit is refundable through June 15, after which it is nonrefundable. Payment in full of all camp fees is due by June 15. After July 1 there will be no refunds of camp fees; however, you may receive credit for a tax-deductible donation to the Folk Arts Center if you need to cancel then.

Payment

You may pay your deposit via PayPal through the BHSFS registration page, or by check.

**Payment by check is preferred for all fees.**  This helps us minimize processing fees and leaves more money for programming. Please plan on paying the balance of your camp fees by check, even if you pay the deposit via PayPal.

Your registration will be complete when the Folk Arts Center office has received your check for full payment of your camp fees. You will receive an email in early June with your balance due. Full payment is due by June 15. Please make your check payable to “Folk Arts Center of New England” and send it to:
